SENO Biotechnology supplies products intended for laboratory research use only. Due to the specialized nature of research materials, refunds and returns are handled under specific conditions described below.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before shipment.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.
Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
The product is unused and unopened
The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
The product is returned in its original packaging and condition
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by SENO Biotechnology.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Opened or used products
Products stored or handled improperly after delivery
Custom or specially produced items
Products purchased for purposes other than laboratory research
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
After verification, we may provide:
a replacement product, or
a refund where appropriate.
Refund Processing
Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
